One Piece Card Game OP-18: The Dominance of God — Everything Confirmed So Far
By TCG Listing · 5 Sept 2026

OP-18 was officially revealed at One Piece Day '26, bringing Water 7, the Knights of God, Franky's first Leader card, and Yoshitaka Amano artwork to the global November 2026 release.
The One Piece Card Game's next mainline booster has a name, a theme, and some genuinely exciting confirmed cards. Announced at One Piece Day '26 in Japan, OP-18: The Dominance of God is heading for a worldwide simultaneous release in November 2026 — and if the early details are anything to go by, it is shaping up to be one of the most collector-friendly sets since the game launched.
What We Know for Certain
Bandai has officially confirmed the set title — OPCG Booster Pack -THE DOMINANCE OF GOD- [OP-18] — along with a global November 2026 street date. Crucially, Bandai is continuing its simultaneous worldwide release model, which means UK players will not be waiting weeks behind Japan for stock to arrive.
The headline confirm is Franky OP18-021: a new Green/Purple Leader card that ties into the Water 7, Franky Family, and Straw Hat Crew archetypes. It is Franky's very first Leader card in the history of the game — something fans have been hoping for since the early sets — and it arrives alongside a Leader Parallel variant.
Perhaps even more eye-catching for collectors are the two Secret Rare cards illustrated by Yoshitaka Amano, the legendary artist best known for his Final Fantasy work. The confirmed subjects are Loki and Saint Shamrock. Amano's painterly, ethereal style is a significant departure from the card game's usual aesthetic, and given how fiercely chased Secret Rares already are, these two are likely to generate serious demand at launch.
Themes: Water 7 and the Knights of God
OP-18 pulls from two major One Piece storylines. Water 7 — the arc that brought Franky, Robin's dramatic departure, and the Straw Hats' first encounter with CP9 into sharp focus — makes a return to the card game spotlight. Alongside it, the set introduces cards themed around the Knights of God, a faction that One Piece manga readers will recognise from the later stages of the story.
Leaked checklists (not officially confirmed by Bandai) point to roughly 127 card types across three established archetypes and one entirely new theme yet to be named. An unofficial spoiler has also surfaced for Nico Robin (OP18-031) in a manga variant, plus Mini-Merry (OP18-078), though treat those as unconfirmed until Bandai says otherwise.
Manga Rares and the Full Reveal Schedule
Bandai has confirmed that OP-18 will include Manga Rares — the beloved alternate-art chase cards rendered in black-and-white manga style — though the full list has not been published yet. With spoiler season still ahead of a November launch, collectors can expect the official card-by-card reveals to ramp up over the coming weeks.
On the product side, the standard format continues: English displays contain 24 booster packs of 12 cards each. Distributor listings mostly point to 20 November 2026 as the target date, though Bandai has not locked in a specific day and previous sets have sometimes shifted by a week or two — so treat that as a working placeholder rather than a guarantee.
What UK Collectors Should Do Now
Given Bandai's simultaneous global release approach, UK allocation will move at the same pace as everywhere else — which historically means pre-orders fill up quickly once a set is confirmed. If Amano Secret Rares and a first-ever Franky Leader are on your want list, keeping an eye on pre-order availability from UK retailers in the coming weeks is sensible. The Heroines Edition Vol. 2 extra booster is also slated for October 2026, giving collectors a One Piece release to bridge the gap before OP-18 lands.
With spoiler season not yet fully underway, the best of OP-18's reveals are almost certainly still to come. We will be covering every major card drop as Bandai makes them official.
