Seller Verification Policy

1. Purpose
This policy explains how TCG Listing verifies sellers and promotes marketplace trust.
2. Verification objectives
Verification helps:
- reduce fraud;
- improve buyer confidence;
- support dispute resolution;
- protect marketplace integrity.
3. Verification requirements
TCG Listing may request:
- full legal name;
- date of birth;
- residential address;
- government-issued identification;
- business registration information;
- VAT information;
- proof of address.
Verification may be completed directly through Stripe or through additional checks conducted by TCG Listing.
4. Ongoing verification
Users may be required to complete additional verification where:
- account activity changes significantly;
- suspicious activity is detected;
- legal requirements apply;
- fraud concerns arise.
5. Verification status
TCG Listing may display:
- Verified Seller badges;
- Trusted Seller badges;
- Business Seller indicators.
Display of verification status does not constitute a guarantee by TCG Listing.
6. Failure to verify
Where verification is not completed, TCG Listing may:
- restrict listings;
- restrict payouts;
- limit account functionality;
- suspend accounts.
7. False information
Providing false information may result in:
- immediate suspension;
- permanent account closure;
- reporting to payment providers;
- reporting to authorities where appropriate.
8. Privacy
Verification information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Platform discretion
TCG Listing may determine verification requirements and standards at its sole discretion.
