Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TCG Listing, a marketplace where buyers and sellers trade trading cards and sealed products. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and provide accurate details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

Buying

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include the buyer fee at checkout.
• A contract of sale is formed between you and the seller, not with TCG Listing.
• Payment is taken securely through Stripe at the point of order.

Selling

• You must own the items you list and describe their condition honestly.
• You must dispatch promptly and provide tracking where required.
• Seller fees and payout terms are shown before you list and on your dashboard.

Prohibited items and conduct

Counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented items are not allowed. We may suspend or remove listings and accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

TCG Listing provides the platform "as is" and is not party to the sale between buyer and seller. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
