Community Standards Policy

1. Purpose
TCG Listing aims to provide a safe, trustworthy and welcoming marketplace for collectors, players and businesses. These Community Standards apply to all users of the Platform.
2. Respectful behaviour
Users must treat others with respect and professionalism. The following behaviour is prohibited:
- harassment;
- bullying;
- threats;
- intimidation;
- discrimination;
- hate speech;
- abusive language;
- personal attacks.
3. Honest trading
Users must:
- communicate honestly;
- describe products accurately;
- honour agreed transactions;
- cooperate with investigations.
4. Misleading conduct
Users must not:
- create false listings;
- misrepresent item condition;
- misrepresent authenticity;
- misrepresent ownership;
- mislead buyers regarding value.
5. Ratings and reviews
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences, be truthful, and avoid abusive content. Users may not manipulate ratings or encourage false reviews.
6. Privacy
Users must not publish, without lawful authority:
- personal information;
- addresses;
- telephone numbers;
- payment details;
- private communications.
7. Enforcement
Violations may result in:
- warning notices;
- listing removal;
- account restrictions;
- suspension;
- permanent removal from the Platform.
