Consumer Rights

This page summarises the rights UK buyers have when purchasing through TCG Listing. It is a plain-English overview and does not replace your full statutory rights.

Goods as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items should match their description and be of satisfactory quality. If a card's condition or grading is materially different from the listing, you may be entitled to a remedy.

Right to cancel

For sales by business sellers, the Consumer Contracts Regulations may give you up to 14 days to cancel from the day you receive the item. Private sales between individuals are treated differently — check the listing and seller type.

Faulty or not-as-described items

  • Contact the seller first through your order to resolve the issue.
  • If unresolved, open a dispute and TCG Listing can help mediate.
  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Postage and delivery

Sellers must dispatch within the stated handling time. If an item does not arrive, raise it through your order so we can investigate.
