Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy governs use of TCG Listing and applies to all users, including buyers, sellers, businesses, visitors and account holders. By using the Platform, users agree to comply with this policy.

2. Compliance with laws

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Platform and are solely responsible for ensuring their activities are lawful.

3. Prohibited activities

Users must not:

  • engage in fraud or deceptive conduct;
  • misrepresent products or services;
  • use stolen payment methods;
  • create fake accounts;
  • manipulate ratings or reviews;
  • circumvent platform fees;
  • attempt to bypass platform payment systems;
  • abuse dispute processes;
  • harass or threaten other users;
  • upload malicious software or code;
  • interfere with platform operations.

4. Prohibited products

Users may not list:

  • counterfeit products;
  • stolen goods;
  • copyright-infringing products;
  • illegal goods;
  • products prohibited by applicable law;
  • proxy trading cards;
  • unauthorised reproductions;
  • altered authentication labels;
  • fake graded cards.

5. Marketplace integrity

Users must not:

  • artificially inflate prices;
  • coordinate fraudulent transactions;
  • manipulate market activity;
  • create misleading listings.

6. Communications

Users must communicate respectfully. The following are prohibited:

  • harassment;
  • threats;
  • hate speech;
  • discriminatory conduct;
  • offensive content.

7. Account security

Users must:

  • keep credentials secure;
  • notify TCG Listing of unauthorised access;
  • use accurate registration information.

8. Enforcement

TCG Listing may:

  • remove content;
  • remove listings;
  • restrict accounts;
  • delay payouts;
  • suspend accounts;
  • permanently ban users.

9. Reporting violations

Users may report suspected violations through our platform support channels.

10. Platform discretion

TCG Listing reserves the right to determine whether conduct violates this policy and to take appropriate action.
