Intellectual Property & Copyright Takedown Policy

1. Purpose
TCG Listing respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how copyright and intellectual property complaints are handled.
2. Prohibited listings
Users may not list items that infringe:
- copyrights;
- trademarks;
- design rights;
- patent rights;
- other intellectual property rights.
3. Examples of prohibited content
- counterfeit Pokémon cards;
- counterfeit Magic: The Gathering cards;
- counterfeit Yu-Gi-Oh! cards;
- fake Lorcana products;
- unlicensed reproductions;
- copyright-infringing artwork;
- fake grading labels;
- trademark-infringing merchandise.
4. Rights holder complaints
Rights holders may submit complaints including:
- identification of the protected work;
- details of the allegedly infringing listing;
- contact information;
- evidence supporting the claim.
Complaints should be sent to legal@tcglisting.co.uk.
5. Investigation
Upon receiving a complaint, TCG Listing may:
- review the listing;
- request information from the seller;
- request supporting documentation;
- temporarily remove content.
6. Temporary removal
Listings may be removed while investigations are conducted. Removal does not necessarily imply wrongdoing.
7. Seller response
Sellers may submit evidence including:
- proof of purchase;
- distribution authorisation;
- ownership documentation;
- authentication evidence.
8. Repeat infringers
Users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights may be permanently banned.
9. Liability
Users remain solely responsible for the content they upload and the products they sell. TCG Listing acts as a marketplace platform and does not pre-screen all listings.
10. Cooperation
TCG Listing may cooperate with rights holders, law enforcement agencies and payment providers where appropriate.
