Fees & Charges Policy

1. Purpose

This policy explains the fees charged by TCG Listing.

2. Seller commission

TCG Listing charges a marketplace commission of 3% of the transaction value. The commission may be deducted before payout.

3. Payment processing fees

Payments are processed through Stripe. Applicable Stripe fees may be deducted from transaction proceeds. Stripe may amend its fees from time to time.

4. Buyer administration fee

Buyers are charged a £0.10 administration fee per item purchased. The fee is displayed before checkout.

5. Currency

All fees are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

6. Taxes

Users remain responsible for:

• VAT obligations;
• income tax obligations;
• business tax obligations;
• other applicable taxes.

7. Refunds of fees

Marketplace fees may be refunded where:

• transactions are cancelled;
• payment processing fails;
• a platform error occurs.

TCG Listing reserves discretion regarding fee refunds.

8. Future fees

TCG Listing may introduce:

• subscription fees;
• premium seller services;
• advertising fees;
• promotional listing fees.

Reasonable notice will be provided before implementation.

9. Fee changes

Fees may be amended from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following notice constitutes acceptance of revised fees.

10. Non-payment

Failure to pay fees may result in:

• account restrictions;
• delayed payouts;
• suspension;
• termination of marketplace access.
