Seller Policy

1. Purpose

This Seller Policy applies to all sellers using TCG Listing.

2. Seller responsibilities

Sellers must:

  • provide accurate listings;
  • use truthful descriptions;
  • clearly disclose defects;
  • comply with applicable laws;
  • ship items within stated timeframes;
  • respond to buyer enquiries.

3. Authenticity

Sellers must only sell genuine products and are fully responsible for authenticity claims. See our Counterfeit & Prohibited Items Policy.

4. Grading

Any grading or condition assessment must be honest and reasonable. Sellers remain responsible for grading accuracy.

5. Shipping

Sellers must:

  • package items appropriately;
  • dispatch within advertised timescales;
  • provide tracking where applicable.

6. Consumer law

Business sellers must comply with all applicable consumer protection legislation. Nothing in this policy removes a buyer's statutory rights. See our Consumer Rights page.

7. Disputes

Sellers must cooperate with dispute investigations. Failure to provide requested evidence may result in decisions being made based on the available information. See our Dispute Resolution Policy.

8. Fees

Sellers agree to pay:

  • a platform commission of 3%;
  • Stripe fees;
  • any other fees displayed on the Platform.

9. Seller ratings

Seller performance may be measured using:

  • reviews;
  • ratings;
  • delivery performance;
  • dispute outcomes.

10. Enforcement

Where policy violations occur, TCG Listing may:

  • remove listings;
  • restrict selling privileges;
  • suspend accounts;
  • permanently ban users.
