Counterfeit & Prohibited Items Policy

1. Overview
TCG Listing prohibits the sale of counterfeit, unlawful and prohibited products.
2. Counterfeit products
The following are prohibited:
- counterfeit trading cards;
- fake sealed products;
- reproduction cards sold as genuine;
- fake grading slabs;
- altered authentication labels;
- forged signatures.
3. Proxies and custom cards
Proxy cards, custom cards and fan-made products are not permitted on the Platform.
4. Stolen goods
Users may not sell stolen goods or products obtained unlawfully.
5. Intellectual property
Products that infringe trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights are prohibited.
6. Misleading listings
Users must not misrepresent:
- authenticity;
- condition;
- ownership;
- rarity.
7. Investigation
TCG Listing may investigate reports of prohibited items and may request:
- photographs;
- purchase receipts;
- proof of ownership;
- authentication evidence.
8. Enforcement
TCG Listing may:
- remove listings;
- cancel transactions;
- suspend accounts;
- delay payouts;
- permanently ban users;
- report matters to law enforcement.
9. Platform position
While TCG Listing takes reasonable measures to reduce fraud and counterfeit activity, we do not independently authenticate all products listed on the Platform and cannot guarantee authenticity. Responsibility for authenticity remains with the seller.
