One Piece Card Game OP-18: The Dominance of God Releases 20 November — Everything You Need to Know

OP-18 The Dominance of God lands on 20 November 2026, bringing Water Seven, the Holy Knights of God, and 127 cards to the worldwide simultaneous English and Japanese release.

With EB-05 Heroines Edition Vol.2 landing on 30 October, the One Piece Card Game barely pauses for breath before its next major release: OP-18 The Dominance of God arrives on 20 November 2026 — just three weeks later. Here is everything confirmed so far.

The Set at a Glance

OP-18, officially titled THE DOMINANCE OF GOD in English (神の支配 in Japanese), is the eighteenth mainline booster set for the One Piece Card Game. It carries 127 card types plus one secret variant — the same pool size as recent mainline sets. English packs are priced at $4.99 (roughly £3.90–£4.00 at current rates), while Japanese packs are ¥240 per pack at six cards per pack.

The English release date is Friday, 20 November 2026, with the Japanese release following one day later on Saturday, 21 November — a near-simultaneous worldwide launch that Bandai has been rolling out across its 2026 calendar to keep all markets on the same footing.

Themes: Water Seven and the Holy Knights of God

The two headline themes confirmed on the official product page are Water Seven and the Holy Knights of God. Water Seven — covering the Enies Lobby saga's iconic shipwright city and its cast — has long been a fan favourite waiting for a dedicated spotlight, and OP-18 finally delivers it. The Holy Knights of God, introduced in more recent manga chapters, bring an entirely fresh faction to the card game.

Two debut characters have been named officially: Saint Gunko and Saint Shamrock, both Knights of God, suggesting this faction will get meaningful Leader or Event support. Given how the God's Knights Super Parallel rarity was introduced in OP-18 previews, expect some of the most visually striking parallel treatments the game has produced to accompany these new faces.

Why OP-18 Matters for the Meta

OP-18 becomes tournament-legal seven days after its regional release date — a standard Bandai window that means English-format events from late November onwards will need to account for the full new card pool. With Water Seven bringing characters such as Franky, Robin, and the CP9 agents into fresh contexts, and the Holy Knights offering a high-cost, high-power new faction, both casual collectors and competitive players have reason to pay close attention to every spoiler between now and launch.

For UK players, the simultaneous worldwide release is a genuine quality-of-life improvement: no more waiting weeks after the US or Japanese release while spoilers flood social media. Your local game store should have stock from day one, and release events are typically scheduled across the following fortnight.

What to Do Before 20 November

  • Complete your EB-05 collection first. Heroines Edition Vol.2 drops 30 October — get your pulls in before the hype shifts.
  • Watch official spoiler streams. Bandai usually drops full set reveals in the two weeks before launch; the official One Piece Card Game YouTube and social channels are the place to be.
  • Check your local game store for prerelease or release-event slots. UK stores that are official Bandai stockists typically run release events — worth booking early for OP-18 given how busy November is with EB-05 still fresh.
  • Budget accordingly. At roughly £4 per pack and a 127-card set, a solid run at a booster box will cost in the region of £90–£100 depending on your retailer.

OP-18 is shaping up to be one of the most story-significant sets since Egghead Island-era releases. With a near-simultaneous global launch, two confirmed new character debuts, and the Water Seven nostalgia factor, November is going to be a big month for One Piece collectors in the UK.
