One Piece Card Game: Set Sail Deck Set and Heroines Edition Vol. 2 Confirmed for Autumn 2026
By TCG Listing · 8 Aug 2026

Bandai's Next Plan 2026 presentation locked in two more releases after OP-17: a new Set Sail Deck Set in September and a Heroines Edition Vol. 2 in October, spotlighting the women of One Piece.
With OP-17 The World's Strongest Warriors arriving on 28 August, it is easy to focus entirely on Whitebeard and the Four Emperors — but Bandai has already confirmed two more One Piece Card Game releases hard on its heels. Here is what collectors and players in the UK need to know about what is coming in September and October.
What Was Announced at Next Plan 2026
At Bandai's Next Plan presentation on 18 June 2026, the publisher laid out the One Piece Card Game roadmap for the rest of the year. Alongside the OP-17 details that have since dominated spoiler season, two further products were confirmed: a Set Sail Deck Set scheduled for 18 September 2026, and a Heroines Edition Vol. 2 collection scheduled for 30 October 2026.
Both products are part of the global simultaneous release model Bandai adopted for mainline sets, meaning UK collectors should expect the same street dates as the rest of the world rather than the regional delays that used to catch players off guard.
Set Sail Deck Set — September 18
The Set Sail Deck Set is a pre-constructed product aimed at making it straightforward to jump into the game or gift to a newcomer. Products in this format typically bundle together ready-to-play decks with cards that complement the current metagame, offering a lower barrier to entry than cracking booster boxes. Exact decklists have not yet been revealed, but given the timing — three weeks after OP-17 hits shelves — there is a reasonable expectation that it will pair well with the Four Emperors theme introduced in that set.
For UK shops, deck sets have historically been some of the most reliably stocked One Piece products, making them a solid recommendation for anyone who has been curious about the game but has not yet taken the plunge.
Heroines Edition Vol. 2 — October 30
The more eye-catching announcement for collectors is the Heroines Edition Vol. 2, landing on 30 October. Bandai confirmed that this collection draws on the anime series ONE PIECE HEROINES, which focuses on the memorable female characters of the franchise — think Nami, Robin, Hancock, Big Mom, Yamato, and many more.
The first Heroines Edition was a premium collection product that leaned heavily into exclusive artwork and card treatments, and Vol. 2 is expected to follow the same approach. These kinds of releases tend to carry strong appeal for collectors who prioritise illustration quality alongside competitive utility, and character-focused sets often produce some of the most sought-after alt-art cards in the game.
With Halloween falling the day after release, it makes for a well-timed collector gift or self-treat — and given how quickly premium One Piece products have sold through at UK retail in 2026, getting a pre-order in early would be wise.
How This Fits the Bigger Picture
Bandai has maintained a broadly quarterly cadence for mainline booster sets throughout 2026, with supplementary products slotting in between. OP-17 on 28 August, the Set Sail Deck Set on 18 September, and Heroines Edition Vol. 2 on 30 October represent a dense but well-spaced run of releases heading into the final quarter of the year.
For players, the priority remains OP-17 and preparing for the competitive shifts its new Leaders will bring. For collectors, October's Heroines Edition is shaping up to be the standout product of the autumn window — particularly if the card treatments match or exceed what the first volume delivered.
